DESCRIPTION:
Conventional & Organic:  Not a wheat but the seed of a plant, Hulled Buckwheat Kernels produce flour high in protein and rich in iron, magnesium, potassium, phosporus and vitamin P (containing the flavonoid rutin), which helps prevent high blood pressure.  Used for making flat breads such as hotcakes and blini's.  Also used for making Kasha (roasted buckwheat groats) and Japanese Soba noodles.
